Ravioli from Scratch: Central’s Cooking Class for a Cause

We have a uniquely fun and tasty evening planned for Wednesday, March 25th! Class begins at 6:30 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) and wraps up at 8:30 PM. Chef Ryan will teach you, from scratch, how to make totally fresh, homemade authentic Raviolis! Just like the Italians do (and like you’ve probably enjoyed at your favorite restaurants)! From simple ingredients to a delicious meal, that you made, Chef Ryan will instruct so you can learn, get creative, adjust flavors to your tastebuds, and finally ENJOY a meal you made!

Your ticket includes everything you need to learn, cook, and eat.

Your involvement directly supports the community! Proceeds from this event fund Central’s work in Van Nuys, including our weekly food distribution serving 500 to 700 households, JOY Christmas events, shower facilities for unhoused neighbors, free English classes, our community garden, and more.
